The queen suite was huge! It was very clean with lots of storage and a full size fridge and freezer big microwave plates silverware glasses can opener and dishwasher paper towels and roster included. Beds were comfortable and pillows too. Bathroom great with drawer storage and hooks. Low threshold shower hot water. The big windows in room was great with modern 2 tier blind. Good lights and charging ports built into outlets. Full size ironing board and iron. Towels extra fluffy TV had Netflix just sign n with your sign in and housekeeper tip you just scan code with your phone and pay digitally! Staff were great very kind! And pool and fitness roon good too pet friendly too for our Rottweiler! Good breakfast options free and hot coffee in lobby too. Big pool towels very convenient to valley mall a d restaurant 5 minutes Lyft ride door dash 10 min delivery for fois

The space, the separate living/kitchen space and the two beds were perfect for our family of four. The beds were so comfy and having the large size refrigerator was great for our beverages, snacks and leftovers from the fantastic restaurants nearby! And the staff was amazing--so friendly, professional, and fun!

The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in while traveling, and I slept like a baby. Thanks for a clean, well maintained area for our dogs. Wish some folks would use the free poopie bags and trash can you provide. Thanks for a great stay during our travels!

The place was immaculate. The staff was beyond friendly! Our toy poodle dog had a wonderful visit too. The staff was extra kind to her, even gave her a treat and signed us up for the rewards program. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious! Everything from start to finish was just wonderful there! It was the perfect location off the highway, and right up the street from our destination. It even had shops and food right across the street. We highly recommend this place!

We booked in Hagerstown so we could travel around the area for a few days and see some autumn colors. It was the perfect location for driving up Skyline Drive on the way, spending a day in Frederick & another day taking in the history of Antietam battlefield. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful with local attractions.

it was very clean. the breakfast was, much great better than most hotel chains. the amenities were perfect for a family or a girls trip. The staff was pleasant. They greeted us every time we came back. The manager (JP or PJ) was extremely accommodating when I needed to make a last minute adjustment to my reservation. The location was awesome. Restaurants in walking distance. Many other cuisines a short drive away. Vally Mall less than a mile away. I can’t think of a better location. The only small small thing which has nothing to do with Home2 Suites. The closest Dunkin Donuts was almost 10 minutes away. Just a little note to pass onto to City of Hagerstown. 🙂

The hotel was very modern and Tastefully decorated. They had a nice gym and pool area. I don't like most indoor pools but this one was a pleasant exception due to the ample indoor lighting and natural lighting. The chlorine was not overwhelming. The lobby and breakfast area are very large and comfortable. The breakfast was standard but sufficient for our family. The room was also very large and had plenty of great storage and counter space. The beds were comfortable but not super comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure was strong. The parking was easily accessible and the hotel is in a nice area.

we had so many favorite parts. breakfast was delicious, there was plenty of room for us and the kids to sit together in the lobby and on the patios we played a family game by the fire pit many guests stopped to watch us because it was just as fun to watch as it was to play. the room was gorgeous very clean. I own a cleaning business I always do inspection before the kids come into the room ( we travel often) this was the first time I didn’t have to clean anything.

Clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, large fridge and freezer, sledding hill right by property (which is why we came to Hagerstown so we didn’t have to drive to find one)

Good location and could be a super nice hotel - if the staff cared more for customers than flirting with young men!
